About Me

Over the past 3+ years I've moved from web development into AI engineering. Today I build an AI agent management platform at Destiny Enterprise, where teams create, connect and control their own agents without writing code.

My Journey

It started with curiosity about how AI could solve problems close to home. A Royal Scholarship took me to a Bachelor's in Digital Innovation, an early ChatGPT language tutor became published research, and hackathons pushed me toward harder problems: flood forecasting and crisis response for Chiang Mai, and voice agents that complete real operations instead of only answering questions.

  • Agents that act: tool calling, backend-validated execution and real-time UI control
  • Data products: BigQuery ML forecasting, dashboard builders and automated data pipelines

AI Engineer & Full Stack Developer

Building the company's AI platform end to end: a no-code AI Agent Management System and a modular dashboard builder, from architecture through backend and frontend.

Key Achievements

  • Building an AI Agent Management System where users create agents, connect knowledge sources and action APIs, and embed them in any system with a single line of integration code, all controlled centrally from the platform
  • Designed step-based agent orchestration on LangGraph with guardrails, parallel tool calling and persistent conversation state, delivering 10x operational efficiency in customer service
  • Created hybrid button sets and custom forms that agents trigger without spending extra tokens, fully configured in-system with no coding
  • Made the platform the hub for channel connections such as Zendesk, with real-time delivery of staff replies to customers
  • Built a modular dashboard builder: Postman-style API connections, reusable datasets, and a Canva-like drag-and-drop editor
  • Added data automation with processing nodes, prediction models and a sandboxed JavaScript node for cleaning data before it reaches a dashboard
  • Architected both products for large data volumes, with Redis caching for performance and stateless JWT authentication designed in-house
  • Built RAG pipelines on Qdrant for semantic search, and set up local LLM inference on the Ollama runtime to cut model costs
  • Migrated legacy systems to Next.js, achieving up to 8x performance improvements
